REFUND POLICY
Please understand that refunds are only available in case of a cancellation unless otherwise stated. When an event is rescheduled, all monies paid will be applied to the reschedule date. We would only postpone or reschedule something in case of an unforeseen with a speaker/facilitator of an event, or 'force majeure' which is an Act of God that is out of our control.
Force majeure events aren't fair to anyone, so we appreciate your knowing we do the best we can to accommodate our vendors, workshop leaders, and the event staff in the fairest way we have determined possible when postponements or rescheduling is necessary.
